According to the report, the man now faces charges including driving while intoxicated.<\/p>\n<p>The large metal plates on the fence, reproducing the pages from the Superman story originally published in ACTION COMICS #1, were added in 2009 through a joint effort of the Glenville Development Corporation and the Siegel and Shuster Society.
