Imagine my startled self when i’m listening to the podcast, hear Shawn talk about earthquakes–and then suddenly the podcast starts playing muzak. I thought my browser did one of its Houdini tricks on me before I saw I was still on the podcast link. I did laugh but I’m honestly more glad that Shawn’s safe, haha. (Even if earthquakes are apparently just “there” for him. Like me and hurricane season.)

Personally I like Vixen (not a BIG fan but I don’t mind her), but I always thought her presence in this series was…weird. She’s only in the one issue and then doesn’t even stay to help further or see how the rest of the League is when they come back. Here one second and then poof! Gone! It was a random insertion of a character and I don’t know, maybe I’m the only one who thinks it was a /waste/ of an insertion. (Aquaman would actually have fit better, if only for a possible Dr. Aquadus callback later.)
