This is the problem I have as an avid listener of the podcast but also as someone who’s read this crossover back to back: I KNOW ALL THE ANSWERS. Hearing you guys make extremely good questions and theories just makes me even sadder, given that I have to hold back from spoiling MOST things–just so I can hear your genuine opinions on the later issues.

Michael is correct about Lia’s age though. Since it’s been ten years, everyone’s pretty much aged accordingly. Spectre with that scar on his face, while looking weathered/old? A very stark contrast for me, imo. Then Lori Lemaris and Hex himself. Hex with long hair is both cool and hilarious. I believe it was in this issue too, where interestingly enough Mary Marvel/Joker makes the comment that to her, Lia hasn’t changed a bit physically. At least, I’ve understood she meant it based on appearance. You could say that since she died a long time ago, Lia looks the way she did before but that would contradict the way the Lantern worked in the original canon.

I’m babbling. (I always babble when Lia’s involved.) This may be my favorite episode of season 3 so far. Can’t wait to hear the rest as they come out!

Adding to my original comment (because I forgot to write it originally): Jamal Igle’s work on this is amazing and he should’ve stayed as the artist until the end. ‘Nuff said.
